This isn’t normally painting season, but I want to apply and sand primer on the body and flat fins before adding the ring and fin tips, and I don’t want to postpone further work until May. So, after some cursory wood filler application on the fins, I took room temperature paint and rocket out into the cold garage and sprayed.
Needs more sanding before more primer and sanding, and from the looks of the forecast I’m not sure I’ll talk myself into doing that even in the garage before 2018.
